Dignity Health denied nurses overtime pay, lawsuit alleges

Three women, who at one time all worked as nurses at Dignity Health, allege that seven of the corporation's regional hospitals denied them overtime pay, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in Sacramento County Superior Court.   Because the three women who filed the lawsuit are seeking class action, it could could impact some 1,200 registered nurses employed by Dignity Health, according to the lawsuit.
