Inhibition of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor/polyamine biosynthesis axis suppresses multiple myeloma
This study identifies a previously unrecognized regulatory axis between AHR and polyamine metabolism and reveals CLF as an inhibitor of AHR and a potentially clinically relevant anti-MM agent.
