This study reports the 52-month follow-up of a cohort of 19 patients previously published after 24-month follow-up. Sixteen patients completed the follow-up. Nine patients complained of GERD symptoms after 36 months. Five patients were converted to laparoscopic RYGB. Two patients were con verted to a laparoscopic BPD-DS for weight regain 4 patients are asymptomatic with stable weight. On the basis of our disappointing results, it can be said that rLSG is not currently offered as revisional procedure in both centers.
