Fertility Outcome after Cornual Resection for Interstitial Pregnancies
ConclusionCornual resection as treatment for interstitial pregnancies seems to have no added detrimental effect on subsequent pregnancy rates compared to salpingectomy for non-interstitial tubal ectopics. However, they more often lead to elective caesarean in subsequent pregnancies.
