ConclusionThis surgical method has the following characteristics: 1. The resection of the diverticulum is complete and the suture is exact. 2. Suitable for patients with thin diverticulum wall, large diverticulum cavity and long time bleeding after menstruation. 3. Hysteroscopy transmittance test was used to confirm the site of PCSD and verify repair effect. 4. The Foley catheter can marker the resection site, prevent gas leakage and stop bleeding by local compression.
