Four of the new materials are denture base resins and six are denture teeth resins. The new products serve to further Kulzer ’s mission of enabling its customers to produce digital dentures with unprecedented precision.Kulzer ’s dima Print Denture Base materials are light-curable resins indicated for fabrication and repair of full and partial removable dentures and baseplates. They are alternatives to traditional heat- curable and auto-polymerizing resins. Fabrication of dental prosthetics with dima Print Denture Base materials requires a computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system that includes the following components: digital denture base files based on a digital scan of an impression; a digital light projection printer (Kulzer’s cara Print 4.0, for which the dima materials were designed to work exclusively); and curing light equipment (such as Kulzer’s HiLite Power 3D).Kulzer ’s dima Print Denture Teeth are light-curable resins for fabricating, by additive manufacturing, preformed denture teeth to be used in a denture.
