Conclusion: To predict the responses of DILI-inducing drugs in human liver cells, using diverse cell lines having different drug metabolic capabilities is more suitable for predicting DILI.
Conclusions. FL/GCSF/AMD3100 is an efficient treatment to maximally mobilize HSC. Durable engraftment and donor-specific tolerance can be achieved with mPBMC in nonmyeloablative conditioning without GVHD.
Conclusions. Here, we have introduced ultrasound-guided IUCT of hAEC using a small-animal model of a congenital metabolic disorder without immunosuppression. The immunological advantage of IUCT was demonstrated with xenogeneic IUCT. This procedure is suitable to conduct preclinical studies for exploring the feasibility and efficacy of ultrasound-guided transuterine cell injection using rodent disease models.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a serious chronic injury disease, and increasing age is...
We report an unusual case of acute amebic encephalitis in an allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplant patient occurring more than 1 year after transplantation. Because the clinical presentation of amebic encephalitis can mimic other more common causes of CNS infection, the diagnosis should be considered whenever more common causes of CNS infection have been excluded.
The GATA family of DNA binding proteins consists of six different transcription factors (GATA1-6), each with diverse biologic function. The GATA2 protein has been shown to be vital for proliferation and maintenance of hematopoietic stem cells; mutations result in variable phenotypes including myelodysplastic syndrome.

We report the measurable residual disease kinetics from a child with FLT3-internal tandem duplication acute myeloid leukemia where sequential WT1 monitoring in peripheral blood-guided withdrawal of immunosuppression.
This study reconfirms that allogenic HCT is feasible in developing world with the overall survival and TFS comparable to that reported in Western literature and should be considered early in all TM patients with available matched sibling donors.
We examined immune reconstitution (T cells, B cells, and NK cells) at defined timepoints in 147 children who received 182 HSCTs. Differences in the time course of immune reconstitution were analyzed in autologous versus allogeneic HSCT. We identified a quicker immune reconstitution in the T-cell compartment, especially in the CD4 and naive subset after autologous HSCT, whereas recipients of allogeneic transplants showed a higher TCRgd proportion. B-cell reconstitution showed a delayed immune reconstitution after allogeneic HSCT in the first 2 years after HSCT. However, a reconstitution of all lymphocyte subsets after HSCT ...
