QOF dementia diagnoses, April to September 2014

The Health and Social Care Information Centre has published data on diagnosis of dementia.
The quality and outcomes framework (QOF) subset 2014/15 dementia data extraction supports the prime minister's “dementia challenge”, one of the aims of which is to improve the national diagnosis rate.
