Influences of different types of high fat diets on anti-cancer immunity in a murine carcinomatous peritonitis model

Rationale: High fat diets(HFDs) are recommended for cancer patients due to the preservation of normal fat metabolism even in advanced cancers. However, a lard based high fat diet, as a standard HFD for animal studies, worsened survival in a murine Panc02 induced carcinomatous peritonitis model. Here we examined influences of different types of fat on cancer immunity.
