Transcaval Repositioning of Renal Snorkel Stent and Gutter Leak Coil Embolization

The patient is a 74-year-old man who initially had undergone endovascular aneurysm repair for a 6.4-cm infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm with a Cook Zenith Flex endograft (Cook Medical, Bloomington, Ind), now presenting 3 years later with a progressively enlarging 7.9-cm aneurysm, a malpositioned renal snorkel stent, and an adjacent type IA gutter endoleak.
