Putative Class Sues General Mills, Says Cereals Contain Carcinogen Glyphosate

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A putative class on Aug. 16 sued General Mills Inc. in Florida federal court contending that the company failed to warn customers that its cereal contains glyphosate, which the class says is a carcinogen (Mounira Doss v. General Mills Inc., No. 18-61924, S.D. Fla.).
