LB1504 Adult-onset generalized morphea: A retrospective review of 75 patients

Morphea is a rare fibrosing disorder marked by collagen deposits in the dermis, causing functional and cosmetic impairment, disability, and poor quality of life. The purpose of our study was to review a large cohort of patients with generalized morphea (GM) and describe their demographic and clinical characteristics. A total of 115 charts were reviewed of patients seen at our clinics in the last 5 years; 75 patients with GM were identified, excluding patients with radiation-induced morphea and scleroderma.
