Mount Sinai boosts profits in Q2 as more patients visit

Mount Sinai Medical Center saw a sharp increase in profits during the second quarter as it treated more patients. The non-profit hospital in Miami Beach earned $16 million, up from earnings of $3.9 million in the same period a year ago, according to a report to its bondholders.
