Car and Ambulance Running Lights and Siren Collide in Delaware
 
MILL CREEK, Del. (WPVI) -- Emergency crews are on the scene of a crash involving an ambulance in New Castle County, Delaware.

The ambulance had its lights and sirens activated, state police said, and proceeded through the intersection.
A westbound BMW crashed into the ambulance, causing it to overturn, state police said a preliminary investigation revealed. The driver was cited for inattentive driving.
The two EMTs in the ambulance were taken to a local hospital as a precautionary measure, according to state police.
