Submental flap donor site morbidity in pediatric patients

I read with interest an article entitled ’’Novel case examples of the submental island flap in pediatric head and neck reconstruction.’’ that is about using de-epithelialized submental flap in two pediatric patients. I have an experience that wants to share it with the authors.
