Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy: A case of a neurologic disease with a skin-deep diagnosis

We present a 34-year-old woman with history of recurrent migraine headaches and right pontine stroke who presented to our emergency department for intermittent blurry vision and worsening headache.
