An Atypical Figurate Erythema With Seasonal Recurrences

A woman had a large annular erythematous plaque on her back that had centrifugally expanded. She had mild pruritus that had not responded to antihistamine therapy or topical steroids and reported a 20-year history of the plaques recurring every summer and resolving by autumn.
