Growth rate of serous pancreatic neoplasms in  vivo: a retrospective, observational study.

Conclusions In the absence of diagnostic intervention, the in vivo growth rate of SPNs was 1.9 mm/year (95% CI = 1.6-2.2). EUS-guided FNA or CNB may affect the growth rate of SPNs.
