49th Floor Patient Extrication in Miami

The City of Miami Fire Rescue Firehouse 4 and TRT (technical rescue team) responded to a workplace accident at the Brickell Flatiron building yesterday. A patient was extricated from the 49th floor with a crane due to extent of their injuries, poor access/egress, and concerns for any delays of patient transport.
