AOA & its physician members settle class-action lawsuit

More than 45,000 osteopathic physicians will receive a range of benefits valued at more than $35 million under the terms of a settlement to resolve a 2-year-old, class-action lawsuit filed two years by the doctors against the American Osteopathic Association [AOA].   The court has granted preliminary approval of the settlement.
