Here, we reprogrammed fibroblasts of a high grade NAFLD patient with homozygous wildtype PNPLA3 genotype. We characterized the induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) by immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, embryoid body formation, pluritest DNA-fingerprinting, and karyotype analysis.
