A case of anti-MOG antibody-positive unilaterally dominant meningoencephalitis followed by longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis

ConclusionOur report illustrates a unique case of anti-MOG presenting as new onset epilepsy secondary to unilaterally dominant meningoencephalitis preceding the onset of longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis.
