Sleep disturbances negatively affect balance and gait function in post-stroke patients.
CONCLUSIONS: Our study showed that sleep disturbances negatively affected functional outcomes, especially balance and gait function. Therefore, sleep problems should be controlled to improve outcomes in stroke patients.
