The association of endothelin-1 levels with renal survival in polycystic kidney disease patients.
CONCLUSIONS: Increased serum endothelin levels independently predict hypertension in ADPKD. Serum endothelin levels are also associated with both renal and overall survival in patients with ADPKD.
