New Developments in Pichia pastoris Expression System, Review and Update.

CONCLUSION: New developments occurred in the P. pastoris expression system converted this system to a versatile host for production of complex proteins. These progresses paved the way for several proteins to enter to the clinical trials or industrial processes from this valuable expression host.
