Cord blood transplantation was performed after achievement of a certain disease control by some courses of chemotherapy. Unfortunately lymphoma relapsed as early as two months after transplantation; however, it has been successfully and continuously controlled only by cessation of immunosuppressant. To our knowledge, this is the first report describing the favorable outcome of graft-versus-lymphoma effect for γδ T-cell lymphoma after cord blood transplantation.
