Assessment of hepatic and cardiac iron overload in thalassemia patients by magnetic resonance imaging: Our experience in Alexandria University
ConclusionMost thalassemia major patients in our study, who had no regular chelation therapy, had hepatic iron overload, less frequently myocardial iron overload.
