Analysis of staged treatment for gustilo anderson IIIB/C open tibial fractures

Conclusion: Staged treatment was safe and effective for Gustilo Anderson IIIB/C tibial fractures. The timing for the placement of internal and external fixators and choosing the appropriate skin flap repair technique are important.
