Ohio company working with AMVETS to develop alternative healthcare program for veterans

CareSource has been chosen to develop a national healthcare program aimed at providing veterans with access to services outside of the VA system. The Dayton-based health insurer was selected by American Veterans, also known as AMVETS, to "transform veterans' health care" through its managed care model, according to a press release.
