Extended tamoxifen therapy may increase risk of endometrial cancer

(Wiley) There is clear evidence that extended adjuvant tamoxifen therapy for 10 years reduces local recurrence and improves breast cancer-free survival in women with oestrogen receptor-positive breast cancer.
