Midterm results with drug coated balloons for SFA lesions in patients with CLI: comparison with conventional bypass surgery.

CONCLUSIONS: Drug coated balloon angioplasty yields comparable results to surgery in the setting of critical ischemia. The efficacy and the safety of DCB's in more complex lesions is to be investigated with randomized trials. PMID: 29963797 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
