EPA Proposes Lead Dust Rule, New Levels Would Be Less Than Half Existing Amounts

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on June 25 released a proposed rule that would change the federal lead-dust hazard standards for floors and window sills, establishing new levels that would be less than half of the current acceptable amounts.
