Michigan Inmates Claim County Officials Forced Lead-Tainted Water On Them

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - County prison officials knowingly exposed inmates to contaminated Flint, Mich., water through inaction, misrepresentation and, finally, through rationing of bottled water, plaintiffs allege in a June 25 complaint filed in federal court (Imani Hatcher, et al. v. County of Genesee, et al., No. 18-11986, E.D. Mich.).
