Attorneys Debate Epidemiology, Causation In Lead Case Before Maryland High Court

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Attorneys for a landlord and a tenant who contends that he was poisoned by exposure to lead-based paint while living in a premises controlled by the landlord presented oral arguments before the Maryland Court of Appeals on June 1 debating whether the epidemiological evidence supported causation (Stanley Sugarman, et al. v. Chauncey Liles Jr., No. 80, Sept. Term 2017, Md. App.).
