[OBK-18-0012] Real time forecasting of measles using generation-dependent mathematical model in Japan, 2018
In conclusion, the simplistic generation-dependent model was demonstrated to capture the observed dynamics of measles outbreaks, helping to predict the future and evaluate public health control. Polishing the forecasting model further, we aim to achieve an eventual routine forecasting and evaluation of measles, while maintaining the model structure as simple as possible.
