Maternal Intrapartum Antibiotic Administration and Infantile Colic: Is there a Connection?

CONCLUSIONS: Since intrapartum antibiotic exposure may have an effect on early gut colonization, our finding is consistent with the association between aberrant early gut microbiota composition and development of colic.
