Treatment Approach and Outcomes in Infants With Localized Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS): Analysis of Children ’s Oncology Group (COG) Protocols ARST 0331 and ARST0531
For children ≤ 2 years old enrolled on two recent COG studies for low-(ARST0331) and intermediate-risk RMS (ARST0531) clinical trials, recommended local control guidelines were provided but individualized treatment was permitted. Adherence to protocol guidelines by COG radiation oncologists and surgeons, varia tion in treatment from the protocol guidelines, and outcomes for this group were analyzed.
