Comparison of acute management of atrial fibrillation in heart failure with unequal sized groups
We read with interest the article recently published by Hirschy et al. entitled “Metoprolol vs. diltiazem in the acute management of atrial fibrillation in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction” [1]. However, we have some concerns to merit more attention.
