Combination with TMZ and miR-505 inhibits the development of glioblastoma by regulating the WNT7B/Wnt/ β-catenin signaling pathway.

In conclusion, our results demonstrated that the induction of miR-505 in combination with TMZ treatment could be a useful therapeutic strategy for suppressing GBM.
