Centene's deal for Fidelis clears another regulatory hurdle
The New York attorney general has signed off on Centene's $3.75 billion acquisition of Fidelis Care.
Managed care provider Centene (NYSE: CNC) is expected to close the deal July 1, subject to other closing conditions, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
