 Nearly all adults in the U.S. have experienced a traumatic event in their lives. Up to 20% of these will go on to develop Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This is not a condition exclusive to veterans (although they do experience it at a higher rate than the general population). There are several methods used to address PTSD in therapy.
