Nashville health-IT firm gets new majority owners

Cardinal Health Inc. has sold a majority stake of Nashville-based NaviHealth to a private equity firm, saying it wants to rapidly accelerate the division's growth. Clayton, Dubilier& Rice, a New York City private equity firm, is taking a 55 percent stake, while Cardinal will own the remaining 45 percent, according to a news release.
