Fronto-septal rostrum: prevalence, classification and clinical implications.

CONCLUSION: The newly described fronto-septal rostrum has possible clinical and surgical implications. It is suggested that this aerated space is used in specific surgical indications and its presence evaluated in cases of septal infection.
