Unexpected Hydronephrosis: Mesenteric Fibromatosis
A healthy 44-year-old woman with endometriosis had an abdominal ultrasound for the evaluation of mild hypertension, unexpectedly revealing right hydronephrosis. She was asymptomatic with normal examination and laboratory tests.
