Crestline to Deliver $4.5 Million in Specialized Ambulances to the Department of National Defence

The contract is valued at $4.5 million, excluding options. With its rugged design, the Crestline Summit 170 Type 1 is custom tailored to meet the precise specifications required by the Department of National Defence. Designed with robust off-road capabilities, the ambulances are built on Ford F450 4X4 chassis with diesel fuel engines. Their versatile and durable exterior is manufactured to withstand extreme environments and power through rough terrain. Medics need the ability to work regardless of road conditions and the LiquidSpring™ suspension system, integrated into the OEM chassis platform, delivers stability and ride quality that allows medics to care for patients in a stable environment with increased safety and comfort.
