Endolymphatic Sac Decompression With Intra-Sac Dexamethasone Injection in Menière's Disease
Conclusion:
ELSD is an effective treatment for Menière's disease refractory to medical therapy; however, the addition of intra-sac steroid injection at the time of surgery does not seem to result in a further improvement in patient outcomes.
