The bipolar ablation of refractory typical atrial flutter with CARTO 3 Confidense system

The main target of typical atrial flutter ablation is to create bidirectional block in the cavotricuspid isthmus. In unsuccessful cases, the bipolar ablation can be applied, however there are only a few published cases.
