Hybrid 18F-Florbetaben PET/MRI in Patients with White Matter Diseases: A Pilot Study
Conclusion: In comparison to non-WM-diseased controls, a decreased FBB WM binding was observed, in patients with different WM diseases, especially in WM lesions. Further research in larger cohorts with other MR parameters is, thus, justified to study the potential of FBB PET/MRI in diagnosing demyelinating diseases.
