Comparison of pulmonary function in 6 months after surgical resection of NSCLC with perfusion SPECT/CT derived preoperative predicted lung function.

Conclusions: Although ppoFEV1% showed fair correlation, ppoFEV1% was signficantly underestimated compared with actual FEV1% in 6 months after surgery. Female gender and preoperative PFT with obstructive pattern were relevant factors related to underestimation of ppoFEV1%. Therefore, careful attention is needed for patients with such factors in preoperative evaluation.
