Safety of a 2-day ultrarush immunotherapy in vespid allergic patients
Systemic mastocytosis (SM) is a disorder caused by the abnormal proliferation of mast cells (MCs) in one or more organs, leading to heterogeneous clinical presentations. Patients with SM are more at risk for Hymenoptera sting –induced anaphylaxis,1 and in these patients indolent SM is the most frequent form of this disorder.
